Most people need 8 hours of sleep to rejuvenate and balance hormones, especially the hunger control hormones. plan to sleep 7-8 hours nightly to help control binge eating and weight gain.

Raw fruits or fresh home-made fruit juices that contain the pulp and fibre of fruit are far more superior nutritionally, compared to the commercial juice (Made from concentrate) because the vitamins, minerals and enzymes remain intact. Processed or concentrated juice are diluted and pasteurized (Heated) creating a fructose drink similar to soda. try making your own fruit juice for a change to maximize nutrition.


Cancer thrives in a low oxygen and acidic environment. Both situations can occur when one does not exercise regularly, which prevents even distribution of oxygen and consuming processed, fried, nutrient deficient foods with excess sugar, fats and salt. increased consumption of fruits, veggie, nuts lean unprocessed meat creates a more alkaline environment thwarting cancer proliferation. 

Butter, coconut oil and avocado oil are all stable fats that are not damaged by the heating process. Many other fats change chemically when heated , which results to free radical damange to blood vessels when consumed. Surprisingly  healthy olive oil is best served cold to avoid degradation when heated. choose butter, coconut or avocado oil when cooking to minimize risk of cardiovascular damage from heat damaged oils.
